Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason or without explanation. Once approved, please ship the item within 7 days. Return authorizations expire if not shipped within that time.

Condition

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused/unworn, with all original tags, and accessories. Bundles/sets and any free gifts must be returned complete. Items showing signs of wear, odors, alterations, or missing parts may be refused or refunded minus a deduction reflecting the loss in value.

How to Start a Return

Email purlography@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Sharing a reason is helpful but optional.
We’ll reply with instructions and a return authorization. Do not send items back without an authorization; they may be refused.
The return address will be provided with your authorization.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
Change‑of‑mind returns: You pay for tracked return shipping. Please use a trackable  service and pack securely; you are responsible for the return until it’s delivered to us.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can help quickly. Defective/incorrect items may be opened to the extent necessary to discover the issue.

Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items

Custom or personalized products and gift cards are not returnable unless defective. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original and place a new order. If you prefer a direct exchange for the same item in a different [size/color/variant], contact us and we’ll help if inventory allows.

Refunds

We’ll email you when we receive your return. Inspection takes 1–3 business days. If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at purlography@gmail.com.
